Join Q&A – To receive updates about upcoming events and open registrations, fundraisers, featured opportunities and more, enter your contact information below. We would love to hear as much about your family that you will share with us!

Apply for Sponsored Activities – Please download our application here, fill it out and submit it with a photo of your child below. Applications are accepted year round with sponsorships given out twice a year. You will be contacted if your child is selected.

Joy Story Submission – Want us to feature your child on our home page? Please share as many details as you can about how your child recently experienced joy in our community. Please attach a photo of this experience.

Refer a Child for Support – Please give a detailed description of why you are referring this child to the Q&A Foundation to receive our support. Please include their name, age, and your relationship to this child. If possible, please provide their direct contact information as well.

Become a Sponsor – Please submit your information below and we’ll contact you directly. If this is specific to an upcoming event, please list the event.

Become a Volunteer – Please share why you are interested in volunteering for the Q&A Foundation and if you have previous volunteering experience. If you are specifically interested in an upcoming event, please list which one and why it interests you.
